A DeFelice team member since 2013, Sean Hevenor brings his personal drive to excel, old school ethics and integrity, and extensive real estate experience to DeFelice Realtors. His previous successful businesses in consulting, communications, and property investment/management, and his B.A. from UMASS Amherst in 1996 all have given Sean a solid business and real estate foundation.
Previously the Broker/Owner of Roundstone Realty in East Greenwich since 2007, joining DeFelice Realtors has allowed Sean to shift his attention from the business development and management end of the business to a greater focus on the needs of his clients. Having the firmly established and well respected name brand of DeFelice Realtors was instrumental in Sean’s decision to move. Interestingly, Sean’s grandfather, Bruce Hevenor, was Vice President and General Manager of Residential Real Estate for DeFelice Realtors in the 70s and 80s, making his transition a family homecoming of sorts.
Sean prides himself on being a strong advocate for his clients, helping guide them through each of the steps in buying and selling real estate. He understands that with so much information at everyone’s fingertips these days it is increasingly important to help filter all of that data into a concise, manageable, and workable action plan. Sean firmly believes it is his job to provide the framework to allow his clients make good decisions for themselves, not to push them into a sale. He holds Real Estate Broker licenses in both RI and MA.
